Planners where every link actually goes somewhere
Three hyperlinked planners for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf and any other app that opens a PDF and keeps its links. Each one is a single PDF of about 4 MB, built by a program rather than drawn by hand — and the build fails if a single tab or date lands on a page that is not there.
This is the same shop as the Drupal and WordPress tools, so it is worth saying what these are doing here. I write software. A hyperlinked planner is mostly a graph problem — 500-odd pages and fourteen thousand tap areas that all have to point at the right place — which is the kind of thing a program does well and a person does tediously. So the planners are generated, and then checked against the finished file.

Undated All-in-One Digital Planner

No year is printed anywhere, so it starts the day you open it and it is still good next year. Twelve monthly pages, 60 weekly spreads, 372 daily pages from 6am to 9pm, a year at a glance, five goal pages, twelve habit trackers, twelve budget pages, twelve project pages, 24 lined note pages and 16 dot grid pages.
Undated means the weekdays are not filled in: the month grids number 1 to 31 and you write the weekday over each column. That is the trade for a planner that does not expire.

Academic Digital Planner 2026–2027

A full academic year, August 2026 through July 2027, with the real dates already in place and every one of them linked. 365 daily pages, 53 weekly spreads, and the same goals, habits, budget, projects and notes sections as the undated edition. Weeks start on Monday.
Check that August-to-July matches your own academic year before you buy — plenty of institutions do not run on it.

2027 Digital Planner

The whole of 2027, dated and already correct — January 2027 starts on a Friday, and each of the 365 daily pages knows its own weekday. Same sections, same navigation, weeks starting Monday. If you would rather not be tied to a year, the undated edition above is the same planner without the dates.
How the navigation works
- Twelve month tabs across the top of every single page.
- Nine section tabs down the right edge: home, year, month, week, goals, habits, budget, projects, notes.
- The side tabs follow you — open HABITS from a March page and you land on March.
- Prev and next at the bottom of every page move a day, a week or a month at a time.
- Nothing is more than three taps from the cover.
Every tap area, drawn
This is the complaint that comes up again and again about hyperlinked planners: a tab that goes nowhere, or a date that opens the wrong day. Because these are generated, the check is generated too. After the PDF is written, the build re-opens the finished file, resolves every link in it, and fails unless each one lands on a real page in that same file. All three planners here passed that check on the file that is for sale: 13,798 links, 14,164 links, 14,164 links, all resolved.
How they are made, plainly
One program lays out the pages, connects them, renders the preview images, and writes the product description from its own build report — so a description cannot claim a page or a link the file does not have. The tests that back it check the calendar maths as well as the wiring: leap years, week starts, and January 2027 really beginning on a Friday, along with no dangling link, no orphan page, and no link sitting outside the page or overlapping another.
I used AI assistance to write that code and to draft the listing copy. The design, the layout and the files are my own work, and nothing in them is taken from anyone else. The same disclosure is on each Etsy listing.
Before you buy
- These are files to write on, not documents you type into. They are made for a stylus or a finger in a note-taking app.
- No stickers are included.
- They are laid out for a screen — 1024 × 768 landscape. You can print one, but that is not what it is for.
- The links are ordinary PDF links (
/GoToactions), which any PDF app that supports links will follow. If one does not work in your app, email hello@practicalmodules.com and I will fix it or refund you. - Buying happens on Etsy, not here. Etsy handles the payment and the download; there is no checkout on this site.
